made it through another surgery!! good news so far, hopefully the same when I get test results tomorrow. still have a bit of drugs to take for a couple months, but it should'nt keep me out of the woods/ saphouse. being put under made me real sick this time so I had to stay over, room by myself though!! guy next door had broken ribs and screamed everytime he moved, felt real bad for him, so hung out with him yesterday morning talking carpentry and fishing. snow today and cold till sunday, time to lose the cobwebs, pain I've gotten used too. thanks for the good thoughts sent my way. van

not horrible news today. no malignant cancer, but cells that are close. so six weeks of treatment once a week, then more surgery, and a all expence paid trip to valhalla to see a specialist. going to buy a bigger storage tank so I don't lose sap while getting fixed. thanks again for the kind thoughts and the offers of help. was on the front page of our local paper for maple weekend. I think my doctors whole staff is coming out on the 18th. could be lots of fun. thanks again, van
