First, I have plenty of time due to child #3 coming along. So the potential pipe burner upgrade will be for 2013.
Background:
Boiling in a 42" square bulk tank. I used 3 turkey friers last year, with uneven heat distribution.
I was wondering how evenly pipe burners heat. Or more specifically how close would one have to space them apart (burners not holes)? How do you figure out BTU's of each burner? More questions later when I think of them.
