Depending on where in Northern Wisconsin you're from, there's an open house at Anderson's Pure Maple Syrup this coming Saturday that you may want to check out. I got into syruping last year as a hobby and I figured I'd check this out. They'll have classes on tubing, vacuum, R.O., boiling, filtering, candy making, syrup judging and most importantly, FREE LUNCH :)
