tubing collection tank

I have to replace an old poly 210 gallon collection tank for our tubing system. What are my best options? What do other people use?

I try and use SS when i can. My only poly tank left is my $250 crate tank that i use to transport sap. Poly always seems to have more bacteria growth faster than SS. If you can find a bulk tank for a few hundred try that (short of a tree falling on it or scrapper theft) you won't have to worry about ever replacing it.

Can you use galvanized? It is so much cheaper than SS.
