Just were wondering how tight we need the lateral tubing? We thought that we should be able to get close to as tight as the main, right? but we couldn't. Is two people pulling on the tube able to get it tight enough? or do we need to hire a third? People talk about pulling tube off fittings but we have done that this year but maybe will start with the third person helpings us pull.
Any thoughts, comments, or advise?

I've run all my laterals by myself(5/16th tubing). I pull them as tight as I can get them and call it good. I have pulled a few off the fittings but as long as there is no sag in the lateral you should have it tight enough. Main thing is to avoid sags.

One person is all you need. If you pull too tight all you will do is stretch the tubing. Then you are left with a smaller tube.
Might depend on the type of tubing that you are using. I have the flex from Leader. The flex that is designed for laterals not for the drops. I ahve the flex for the drops too.
