Need suggestion on a good book with pictures specifically for running laterlas, main lines, taps etc...

You might want to go visit a neighbor that has pipeline. If nobody in you area is sugaring than go on you tube.

The North American Maple Syrup Producer's Manual has good info on tubing. It is the bible of maple production.

Bascoms sells a very good tubing book, and Cornell maple has a very good tubing /vacuum book which comes out of all there research
