40to1

I was at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston a couple of weeks ago with the kids.
Of course, we had to go to the gift shop (sigh)...
In the gift shop I was surprised to find, Maple Sugar: From Sap to Syrup by Tim Herd (who may be on the Maple Trader?)
Really fun book. Not so much a "how to" but rather a "here's why". Really well done; designed to the hilt, with fold-outs, cut-outs, and brilliant photos.
Great tourist swag!
It's published by Storey Publishing.
Has anyone else seen it? Wondering if any of you are in the photos...
