Were can I get the most up to date nutrition facts for syrup? I have been looking at different jugs and they seem to vary a little bit and I want to get it correct on a new jug design mine.

The "generally accepted" values according to the USDA are at http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/ Type maple syrup into the search box, select syrups, maple from those results, then select the syrup quantity you want info for. There is a slight amount of variation, but it is neglibible.
