Well I am going to be moving my evap out to the new sugarhouse and I am going to need a couple of 6" stainless stack pieces. Has anyone bought any recently who might know what they are going for these days? Also...this will be my first season boiling concentrate. I had originally planned to add a small squirrel cage blower to the mix but now I am wondering if it might be a better plan to only change one variable this year for potential disaster avoidance. Any thoughts out there on concentrate and blower all at once?
