How would you attach lateral to 3/4 in. mainline (wireless) so there is no tension on saddle?

With hollow core nylon rope over the lateral tubing or with rapi-tube strapping and a lapiere slide tensioner.

We used a length of rapi-strap. In this picture you can see the lateral line coming in and attaching to a connector. The hook on the bottom of the connector fits into the rapi-strap "hole" and allows the strapping to take the brunt of the tension. Just attach a short piece of lateral line to the connector and around to the manifold.
This is the proper set-up for IPL's rapi-tube system. We used their 3/4" mainline, rapi-strap and their mainline multi-fitting (manifold).
