The story is interesting, but the statement about the "cheapest stuff" doesn't hold true for me. My grade B sells for the same as the rest of my syrup...and I sell out of it faster than any other grade.

Me too. And I will point out that my Fancy is the same thickness as my grade B.

Thanks for posting. I liked that article. It referenced a couple interesting books too that I just may have to put on the old Christmas wish list.
