This is a 16 x 20 building with an 8/12 pitch roof. The Copula is 2'w x 2' h x 8'L. My evaporator should be here in the next 3 weeks and I am excited. It is a 2 x 6 leader revolution with Max pans. It is like Christmas at my house right now. Some of the metal was damaged when it was delivered so it won't be finished until next week. then I have to get the drains, electric, water, and concrete done. :D

Yeah, Keep up the good work . Nothing more exciting than the first year with a whole new set-up. Your efforts will pay off every spring from now on. Good size for the crowd that will gather when you are boiling. keep us up to date.

In 2010 we had 50 buckets. In 2011 we had 120 buckets. This year we will have about 250 on vacuum. We are taking a huge step forward with our own sugar house and new equipment.

Nice sugar house and should serve you for many many seasons to come. Make lots of memories while making syrup too.
