i coulda swore we used to have a ct section further down on the page here? anyhow i was glad to see that this year the meeting is in burlington ct so not a far drive for me, the season is coming!

We kinda call ourselves Mashpac with is sort of a slurring of Maple Syrup Producers Assoc. of CT. the Website is: www.ctmaple.org and there are many, many helpful sugarmakers in the organization offering to assist/guid and instruct you come Sugarin' 2012. Pre-season workshop date is listed on the web and (hopefully) soon there will be a new website as I can only do so much with a tad of knowledge in that dept. BIG national meeting in October. Reserve the date now! Merry Christmas all. Rest up for the beginning of February!
