maple fluff

Trying to find out about making maple"fluff"(cotton candy). I really didn't pay that much attention when I was a seminar, never thought about doing any. Now, looks like this is something to try. Looking at SMALL machines, big ones too much for me to move around and way too expensive. Any ideas are welcome! How much is a bucket of the sugar mix? Pricing? I see $4.00 per bag. Other expenses? Like the bags, etc... Thanks

Look for a used machine. Any of the small machines I have heard bad reviews. I picked up a full size used one cheap. Just mix white sugar with maple sugar. I have heard 5:1 ratio. I have had good luck with 3:1 with my machine.
