I am looking for a recipe for maple mustard. I found some with cider vinegar, dry ground mustard, garlic, salt, maple syrup.
Would any one out there know the amount or quantity of each for a recipe?

Here are some quantities for a recipe.

1 1/2 parts dark pure maple syrup to 240 degrees remove from heat
add 1 part French's mustard (use Frenches - it has less vinegar)
Dump French's mustard all at one time into center
Using wisk, push mustard into syrup until consistent
Return to LOW heat until 180 degrees (watch it, stir it or it will burn)
Make sure your containers are heated also and lids sterile
Can and lay on side to cool. Label correctly
If you want a thicker mustard, add pure maple crumb while reheating.

My family and I went to Morningstar Farm last week and had some maple mustard on some hot dogs. Found this receipe and made some this morning thank you Hurry Hill Farm for sharing this receipe. It is amazing on ham. Happy Easter everyone. Lee

Anxious to try this. We've made individual portions as needed for dipping sauce and condiment, but we would like to try a uniform recipe and can if we like it. We may even sell it. Can't wait! Thanks!

I use a dussledorf style brown mustard for mine, much nicer flavor than using french's I think. I've found that when you give sample of maple mustard, i put a little in 1 oz sample cups with two pretzel sticks, that at least 30% of the people who sample end up buying!

Mapleack, Thanks for the tip I will try the brown mustard. Is the recipe the same 1 1/2 maple syrup to 1 mustard heated to 240? Again Thanks Lee
