My small sugar bush was heavily damaged by Irene with many trees uprooted. I had tow 3/4 main lines that merged into one about 15 from holding tank. One of those main lines can not be salvaged for next spring season asmost of the trees lost were feeding that line. MY question is if I cut the main line just before the Y that merged them into one line and put a plug in it the other functioning line should run fine correct?
