201 stainless

[ABS5405]

Hi Does anybody know what 201 grade stainless is? My freind knows of some wondering if it would be ok to use to make storage tank. Thanks for any info.

From what I have heard it is replacing use of 300 series stainless since it is more cost effective than 300 series and stronger some say. It is used in restaurant applications and utensils. This i got an AK Steel pamphlet in the mail a while back and just checked thier web site
