I have a new business owner in Waterbury Center, Vt. near Cold Hollow Cider mill that would like someone to join him in a maple venture. The potential partner would need to know how to make candy and cream and have his or her own equipment. I was going to do this but this weeks storm made me think that if anything like what just happened or snowstorms etc make my commute to long everyday to get there. I think this would be a great chance for someone that was close, if you have interest contact me by PM and I will give his info or I can give him your info so that he can talk to you.
