I am looking for someone who has any experiance with a 600 gallon H2O innovation RO. I want to know how they are in comparasion to a Lapierre 600 Gallon RO. H2O claims 15% concentrate single pass and still maintain high flow rates.

I was wandering the same thing. H2O seem to be just a little cheaper.
Thanks Sam

I was looking on H2o's website last night and maple products are just one of the many things that they make so they are not focused on only maple products like Lapierre is doing. Water guy has a similar story but is only very recent with maple, H2O has been doing maple for 20 years they said.
I was at H2O yesterday in Sheldon. Their prices seem to be very good and their service is outstanding. I was also in Troy the other day buying a used evaporator and they are great people and their service is outstanding. I plan to do the bulk of my buying from these two people. Just my two cents.

So you have had them do service already? Wish I had to do service on a Lappierre that quickly. LOL
No service calls yet but they will be here on the 7th with my RO. My evaporator will be here on Saturday. I was told by Jamie in Troy that he would bring anything i want right to my house because he is in the area a few times a week. What i have seen so far from both dealers ( Matt in Swanton-Jamie in Troy) is there willing to go the extra mile to keep a happy customer. I will keep you posted though.

Good, working for somebody else must have changed some work ethics.

They are kind of new, so probably not many out yet.

I was looking at purchasing a new 600 RO last May. I talked to a producer friend who said he was signing up to be a dealer for H20 innovations. He had a very good price. He told me to call up to the factory with my specific questions. After 3 different phone calls and I could not get to a live body and no calls returned they were off my list. I ought to be able to talk to someone. What kind of svc would I have after the sale? I paid more to get a D&G from my local dealer who I have been doing business with for a few years. He is also a commercial electrician and sugarmaker so I think he has a very good working knowledge of the machines.

I ran a soap wash the other night, but can't get the pH meter into the wash tank to check the pH. How do you check pH with these?

I just open up the little valve on the flowmeter and test it there while it's running
