New finishing room

Almost done with new finishing / bottling room , 8x16 moved wood pile outside this year to make room for new r.o it never ends !! Still have a lot to do in sugar bush. Time to put the kids to work

My wood is all poplar , i had bought some dry sq dowels last year and they worked great. So i cut my own this year. Haven't figured out when the pay back will come from all the $ i have spent ,but it's been fun .
