Marketing maple taffy on snow

I'm up against several big players in my local area so I'm always looking for niche markets. One I have identified is maple taffy on snow out of season and I'm working on marketing ideas for it now. Just wondering... from a measured standpoint, what would be the right sized serving? Is 2 oz about right for maple goo on a srick... a little less or more? I am also looking for suggestions for suppliers of crushed ice, enough to get me through a weekend running 6 feet of "snow".
