Inferno arch/revoltion pans

Has anyone here used the inferno arch and revolution pans for their operations. I have a 2x6 ordered from leader that will arrive this fall and I am chomping at the bit. I am building a 16x20 sugar house this year and adding vacuum. Getting really excited and curious if anyone else has this setup.

Which revolution set? drop flue, raised flue or max flue ? I ordered a 2x6.5 ( 2.5 ft syrup and 4ft drop flue) drop flue set myself cant wait to see what it can do.

I have a 2x8 drop(not MAX) on an Inferno arch. It has a 5.5' flue pan & a 2.5' syrup pan. I have used it for 4 years.

max flue pans. how does the 2x8 boil for you. gallons per hour?

With good wood & steady firing, 50 gph. Again this is a standard drop flue pan, no hoods or preheaters.

2 1/2 x 8 with a steamaway boils 90 gallons per hour with the blower on full.
