Ok with this batch of cold weather we had the past week or so is that going to effect the flow of sap for sugarin' season after we got this spat of snow to cover the ground?

I just messin with ya- Sap will certainly flow even if there is 4' of frost in the ground as the trees tap root can supply some water to the tree/although with a lot of frost in the ground it does slow up the trees surface roots from absorbing water in greater quantities as most of us probably have seen windblown maples and 75%+ of the roots are withing the top 24-30" of top soil.
