Adding on to sugarhouse!!!!!!!!!

Well my sugarhouse is already 16x20 and now i have gone and started adding more to it. The addition is gonna be a 14x21 half for wood and other half for bottling and filtering area.Like i was told 4 years ago when i started sugaring if your gonna sugar make sure you have alot of room and with my 5x10 evaporator 16x20 just is not enough room to move freely. cant wait to finish and get sugaring spring cant get here fasten enough. Looking at around 1000 taps for 2012 had people aproach me about tapping there land cant wait hope to get more trees than that. cpmaple

Nice pictures, I see you have a copper pan (as do I --- 5' by 14') I was wondering how common they are (were) and what folks use to clean them. I was told not to use acid and so I just boil with water several times.
