Stack through metal roof

I am putting a metal roof on my sugar shack. How do i get my smoke stack through the roof without making it leak water. Same thing with my steam hood.

After cutting the first hole and slipped the stack through. I then placed the roof jack over the hole and screwed down with four screws.

I cut another piece of steel roofing in half. Then measured the base of the roof jack, took the piece down and cut the hole, allowing for the distance needed to slip under the ridge cap
After cutting slip this piece over the roof jack, under the ridge cap and screw down. Attach the ring to the pipe and then sealed with 800 degree calk.
No problems with water at all.
