I'm having built, a new 14x20 saltbox shed with an insulated 10x7 room for the RO. Other downstairs area to be used for syrup storage, 2-550 poly tanks for permeate water and other storage. Stairs going to second level, where empty cases of jugs and syrup containers will be stored.
Shed roof on side will protect 1200 gal. sap tank under a 400 gal. concentrate tank.

Looks good! How close is it to your sugar house?

The sugar house is about 10' off of the right back corner and about 4' below a stone wall.
All of the wood comes from white pines that broke hugh limbs on our property. The contractor has his own band sawmill and cut all of the wood on sight. That saved me a pile of cash.
