What roast coffee do you drink?

I like the DARK roast, Italian or whatever the dark roast is at the local coffee house. We are looking at getting a private label roasted for us and would like some input.

I'd like to poll which roast:

Light
Medium
Dark
Decaf

This is an interesting poll for this site. We surely did drink a lot of coffee in the sugar shack this past season. To say nothing of the cinnamon bunns. Anyway, we enjoy a medium to dark blend. Perhaps not as strong as Starbucks - but I think Tim Hortons blend is just about right :) Good Luck

I just got back from the roaster, and he will have my first samplings on Monday. It will be a medium to dark roast, probably not as dark as french. He is pulling from his experience and will roast a blend that would be complimentary to the outdoorsness of sugaring, and have a plesant flavor. Can't wait to try it out. I'll keep posted.
