granulated sugar prices

have a 4 oz and an 8.5 0z shaker. was wondering what to charge????

I have not yet sold sugar, but I did a price survey on the Internet while developing my business plan. It appears that most people are selling the 6 oz. at about $6 or $7 and the 8oz goes for about $8 or $9. Some are charging more.

But this sounds a bit low to me. I sell candy at $1.25 oz. I would think that sugar is the same, if not higher. But I have not yet tested the market.
