Depends on how many flues you want. Do the math!

I am not trying to be a wise$$s but if you want just one 6 inch flue it will be enough.
How high do you want the sides?
You can easily make a flat syrup pan with 6" sides. Even up to 12" sides I think.
If you want a flue pan you are going to have one flue of about 5" deep. 6" sides.
Unless you feel like cutting and welding some pieces left over form the syrup pan - in which case you could get 2 drops.
(My math might be a little off - just draw it out on paper)

I have a cutting sheet for a flat 2x4 pan with dividers in the following thread.

I used the entire 4x8 sheet with 10.5" sides and two dividers. I don't see how you could get flues out of the same 4x8 sheet.

Are you trying to make three separate pans? Do you own a calculator? Do you know that a 2x4 flue pan would use more then two of those sheets just to form the main body of the pan? That doesn't even include the endcaps or the dividers... good luck...
