Does any one here make the hard sugar bricks

Just curious wanted to share recipes info and such.They seem to be fairly hard to find but I have quite a few customers looking for them.

i make it the same way i make candy. but i fill the auger maybe 3 in. then shut the pig off. let stir till its ready. then open auger all the way. its like making sugar batch style. keeps sugar brick from having a layered look
