Storage of tubing

Has anyone ever stored tubing in an old chest freezer?I see one that a neighbour has out to the road to go to the dump,and was sort of wondering about storing rolls of tubing in it.

That would work but, only if it still works. If it gets hot you will grow mold.

Wondering what you are tyrying to accomplish?
Are you just looking for something to store it in? If so you would be better off just keeping it under cover somewhere and not cooped up. when it gets hot and humid it would be a breeding ground for mold like Martin said.

I store mine in the woods, strung up and ready. Then I just walk the lines for repairs and I,m ready to tap.
