Request for Sap Collection Records

My son has a math assignment to do and is looking for original data.

We have records for 2 years of the amount of sap collected each day, and the temperature each day.

Does anyone else have data that they could share with him that details the amount of sap that was collected each day? If you have the temperature / weather data as well - that would be fantastic.

He would love as many different records as possible. Please include the number of trees tapped and the location of the sugarbush. Whether on vaccuum, pipeline or bucket would also be interesting.

Excel is best, but he can type it in.

My record keeping has gone from none to extensive in the past three years. I can provide everything you've asked for from Eastern Ontario in 2011 and to a lesser extent for 2010 however it's in Quattro Pro format (word perfect version of excel). I can either fax you the info or send it digital in hopes that excel can convert it.
