I remember looking at some simple equipment at the Verona show for making granular maple sugar. I seem to remember some stainless "bread pans". They looked like pans for making loaf bread. He also had some screens. Does anyone know where I can get the screen, flat pan, and the pans for cooking the granular?

Was it soldered equipment? It might have been Reed Baker/ Bakers Maple. He's in Bainbridge, NY. (607) 967-7229

He was set up in the lobby. The 2nd or 3rd vendor to your right when you first walk in. He was against the wall with all of the windows.

That was definitely Reed Baker. 607-967-7229. He is in Bainbridge, NY. He's a pretty good tin knocker. He has made several items for me. A cooling pan, cream tub, steam hood with preheater, roof jacks, etc. Bainbridge is about 1/2 hour east of Binghamton on I-88.
