can anybody tell me what lengths 42 inch wide archs where made into.i had a chance to pickup a set of small brothers 42 inch arch castings over the weekend so i grabbed them.
also does anybody have one there now using?? i wouldn,t mind a few pic,s so when i rebuild it i,ll have some idea what they should look like :D

I'd have to go dig through some old materials in storage to be 100% on this, but I seem to remember 10, 12, and 14 foot lengths available. Maybe 16' too. 12' was the most popular. Seems to me that the 42" width rigs were never as popular or plentiful as the 40" and 48" were.

my dad has some old maple supply catalogs.i hunted thoses up and found some good info and pic,s.i,am kinda wondering now tho..all i saw was 40 inch wide archs in the small brothers catalog it looked like it was 42 inches to me tho.i,ll have to clean the castings up and lay the ruler on it again.i think i,ll rebuild it into a ten footer.
