13 1/2 gallons off 160 taps. About 4 gallons med amber and the rest dark amber. This was our third year and most productive by far. We burned a couple of gallons and learned a lot this year.

205 gal from 710 taps. Lost my main helper at tapping time and very deep snows caused me to finish tapping 2 weeks into the season. I usually tap in 3-4 days, this season took 3 weeks. I also could have made 28 gal more but sold that sap during peak flow because I could not keep up.

It might be useful if, when reporting totals, people indicate how much of that production is table grade (Fancy through B), how much is commercial (very dark, strong flavor, no or light off-flavor), and how much is substandard (unfiltered, buddy, ropey, low density, burnt, fermented, metabolism off-flavor, etc.). That way everyone is comparing apples-to-apples.

We made approx 190 gal on 550 gravity taps, all grades Light through grade B. About 140 gallons of light, 30 gal of medium, 10 gallon dark and 10 gallon of B.
We keep up with the sap but were pooped out an quit a little early. Probably could have made some additional syrup.

262 gal on 1320 taps, all on vacuum. No golden, plenty of amber and Dark, then some extra dark as I finished off what was in the pans.
We only had 4 days of GOOD sap flow, the rest were light. First boil 3/28, last sap collected 4/14. Now I'm planning on adding about 200 more taps for next year.

1200 gallons. All table grade except perhaps the last 40. 3200 taps. Very late start. Missed some good runs and didn't get vacuum going on 2000 taps until season was about 1/3 over. Very tough, exhausting season.
