Here in Binghamton home depot, Lowes, true value, and every woodstove store and believe it or not some swimming pool supply stores stock them.

I bought all mine at Fulton concrete and block and the splits were like 1.18 each, if you buy at ace or the big box lumber stores and such you pay out the arse for them. Same with buying them at Hearth and homes stores.

Let's make this nice and specific;
Home depot in Johnson city, Lowes in vestal or Binghamton, Kovariks true value in Binghamton can order them! All hearth and stove stores in the "Binghamton area" stock them! Johnson pools and spas stock them!

Indeed you will pay more at any of these locations, but depending on how many you need, you might actually save money depending on how much gas it takes to get to a location that sells them cheaper. I guess it's a matter of calling it 6 to one or a half dozen to another!
That's just my ignorant opinion.
