Any maple producers near Grand Marais. I'm headedup that way the end of the month and would like to see/visit some sugarmakers. Taking a class at North House Folk School and will have some time in the evening.

There is wild country maple syrup in Lutsen. They are one of the largest producers in the state. They are certified organic. wildcountrymaple.com

Wild county is located north of lutsen near caribou lake. As far as i know they are the largest maple producer in the state and run over 12,000 taps. I had every intention to check there maple operation out last fall, but didn't quite make it. I was driving a '78 R.V. and started down the driveway, but it became to rough and i had to turn around. Definitely am going to visit this year.
