what is a through tube pan? do they work?:confused:

Basically they are hot air tunnels through your sap which increases heating surface.

Could you use copper tubes going through and soldered instead of stainless

there is a thread here somewhere where a guy made tubes under it with copper tubes under a SS sink
on this site anything is possible LOL

Use lead free solder and keep in mind that cleaning is a bitch if the tubes are close together. Copper does like to tarnish and turn green so total cleaning is a must.
