Hello everyone-

I've been very close to buying a quality used 2x6 for a month now and have missed a couple of chances.

At this point we're really considering going new and have been shopping around. I'm not brand conscious and just want a rig that will get atleast 30 gph and be a machine we can rely on for a very long time.

Considering all common brands what are the major pros and cons of these machines? We were immediatly drawn to the CDL Maple Pro platform with its standard ss sides and stack, but it appears to be a challenge to reverse flow. Having never done this before I'm not even positive if this is a big deal.

I realize this is a bit of a loaded question- but what are some thoughts as to what a real solid 2x6 is?

Thoughts and experiences greatly appreciated.

Thank You

I looked at a new Maple Pro 2x6 today. It looks like all you have to do is turn the front pan around 180*. The fit and finish on the pans and arch looked top notch too.
