how to make homemade cream machine

anybody out there have plans on how to set one up?
what kind of motor etc. i sure would appreciate it.

The gear pumps from granger is what I think they use on commercial ones

homemade cream maching = drill press on slow speed with new sheetrock mud paddle in the press to mix. I use a ratchet strap to hold the mixing bowl in place. Works pretty good. My cream is probably a little grainier as you can't slow the press down as much as a cream machine.

if you are willing to add another jack shaft on a set of pillow block bearings, you can get the drillpress speed down alot slower. Nice for metal drilling too.
