A friend brought me 1800 gals of 1.5% sap this season. Just wondering what everyone was paying for sap this year so I can square up with him. Thanks!

I have the 2010 Sap prices from the NH Market Bulletin tacked to my wall and 1.5% sap was listed at $0.20 per gallon delivered to the sugarhouse.

what would 3.5 - 3.7 % bring in sap delivered to sugar house?

RAW Maple Sap - ATTN RAW FOODIES! - $5 (Milaca) (http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/hnp/grd/2300435162.html)
I found a guy near the Twin Cities of Minnesota selling sap in pint jars on Craig's List. $5 each. Maybe we have all been doing something wrong. That would increase the profit margin a bit, wouldn't it?
I think he might be exploiting people, but if they are dumb enough to buy it, then who is the dummy?

How do you keep raw sap from spoiling if you don't heat it and can it?
