Stacking Boxes of Syrup? Freight Class of Syrup?

Hi,

I want to ship a partial pallet of maple syrup from Minnesota back to Alaska. Does anyone know what the Freight Class would be?

Also, I have various sizes of containers from pint Mason jars to gallon jugs. Some I have "proper" boxes for. For others I plan to go buy boxes that will fit. If I put a layer of plastic jugs on the bottom how many more layers can I stack on top? Any advice on stacking or otherwise shipping syrup like this?
