Does anyone know if there is a temperature offset for the sap hydrometer

I think they are all designed for sap at 38 degrees and I am sure that someone on here has a chart or conversion if the sap is different temperature than that.

I have a chart tacked to the wall. Here's some of the numbers:
temp syrup density (baume)
209 - 32.0 (hot test)
202 - 32.25
193 - 32.5
185 - 32.75
176 - 33.0
140 - 34.0
60 - 36.0 (cold test)

he is looking for sap hydrometer not syrup. I'm not aware of any compensation for change in sap temp. I can't emagine there is much change with sap unlike syrup

I doubt it is the same to due to the difference in viscosity.
But there is no doubt that the colder water is, the more dense it is.
just like air or oil or......
