does anyone have a copy of a sugarbush lease agreement or template that i could get a copy of? i plan to approach a family that has an abandoned sugar camp next door to my wifes friends, whose family actually sold the property to the current owners that i plan to approach. since they no longer use the property for sugaring and i'm sure the taxes are reasonable, has anyone ever leased a bush from someone by paying their taxes for the piece of land used? we have done this b4 w/ some land we used for haying and it worked out pretty well, not so sure for sugaring though. thanks for any info or copies provided.
