Curious to know who uses a digital thermometer? If so, what brand and how do you have it setup when your drawing off at 219 etc.

I really like it. Each day I determine the true point of syrup with the hydrometer and then go with that digital temp for drawing. I usually retest later in the day. It's the only digital thermometer that I've used that has held up for a whole season without failing! From what I've heard it will likely last many more seasons. I like it much better than a dial thermometer. So much easier to read at a glance.

I also have a Hanna thermometer from the Maple Guys. It works great and holds up to the heat. Directions say the battery lasts for 10,000 hours. I also have a cheaper digital therm. from the Maple Guys on my finisher and it is junk. Stopped working the first time it got exposed to heat. Now it works on and off. Can't beat the hanna, though. Definitely worth the high price.
