Quick question on grading

Using one of the two year temporary grading sets (brand new)... does the temperature of the sample you are grading matter? I would think it would be the same whether it just came out hot from the canner or cold from the fridge - but don't know for certain. Can someone in the know confirm it would grade the same?

same. It is based on light transfer. cold or hot wont effect that.
