Between the warm nights and the swelling buds, it looks like the season is over. It's rare that our season runs into April anyway. I averages 17 gallons of sap per tap in our new sugarbush and processed about 15,500 of sap from 900 taps. Overall, 20,400 gallons of sap from 1256 taps.

No RO yet, so we boiled 29 days out of 6 weeks and sold 8500 gallons of sap. We love it.
