Had great idea that helped keep our sap from spoiling during the last warm spell. Froze some gallon jugs of water, capped them, then put them in the sap tank while I was at work for the day. Came home, froze them that night and repeated the proccess. Hope this helps, we boil when we can but cant always use all the sap during the week. Pretty slow on a leader 1/2 pint!!!
