Have run this arch awful hard this spring but today was not pushing it. Then today cast front cracked right above right hand door about an inch left of hinge pin. Cool it down and you can't even see the crack but get it hot and you can look right through and see the fire... sure hope we can get another 7-10 days out of the old rig

Mike i had the same arch that i bought with a crack in the same spot. ran it for 2 years that way before i sold. I would keep running it.

My waterloo evaporator has had cracks in both doors for the past 10 years. On one, you can almost put your fingers through it into the firebox.
