Hi all -
I was wondering whether others have found an effective way of
filtering the bacterial blooms that seem to grow in the lines this time of year. I was doing a little reading on the subject and some mention was made of using pop filters. I have a gravity tube system so I have no delusions about removing all the microbes this way, but some of these things form gelatinous strands or blobs that make a mess out of the sap in the tank in no time - regardless of how recently I've cleaned it.
Any suggestions welcome!
